Terms and Conditions

Lace Market Aesthetics ("we", "us", "our") Ultimate 3D Lipo Ltd trading as Lace Market Aesthetics, Nottingham.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Lace Market Aesthetics in respect of treatments, services, consultations, bookings, and use of our website www.lacemarketaesthetics.co.uk. 1.2 By booking, attending, or paying for any treatment or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
2. Eligibility & Consent
2.1 You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. 2.2 All clients must complete a medical questionnaire and sign a consent form prior to treatment. Failure to do so will result in treatment being declined.
3. Bookings & Appointments
3.1 Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. 3.2 Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund. 3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
4. Payments, Deposits & Pricing
4.1 Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. 4.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are redeemable against treatment costs unless cancellation terms are breached. 4.3 Prices are subject to change and are valid at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
5.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. 5.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
6. Treatment Courses & Packages
6.1 All courses must be paid in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed. 6.2 Courses must be used within 12 months of purchase. 6.3 Once a course has commenced, refunds are not available for unused sessions.
7. Treatment Suitability & Results
7.1 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. 7.2 Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Aftercare
8.1 You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect results and any corrective treatment.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
10. Liability
10.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from treatments, except where required by law. 10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Complaints
11.1 Any complaints should be submitted in writing and will be handled promptly and fairly.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All website, marketing, and social media content remains the property of Lace Market Aesthetics unless otherwise stated.
13. Social Media & Photography Consent
13.1 We may request to take photographs or videos before, during, or after treatments for medical records, training, or marketing purposes. 13.2 Marketing or social media use will only occur with your explicit written consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by notifying us in writing. 13.3 Refusal to consent will not affect your eligibility for treatment.
14. Photo Identification Requirement
14.1 We may require valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) for consultations and advanced aesthetic treatments. 14.2 Failure to provide acceptable photo ID may result in treatment being refused without refund.
15. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
15.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 15.2 Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. 15.3 Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified. 15.4 Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced. 15.5 Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. 16.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
